ubuntu-cpc contains faulty release comparison that will break in aa-series

live-build/ubuntu-cpc/hooks/060-ipv6.chroot disables IPv6 privacy extensions for Trusty and later but uses lexographic order for release comparison. This will have unintended consequences in aa-series where the hook will be skipped.
