Ubuntu 17.04 Free Culture Showcase community wallpapers

The Ubuntu 17.04 Free Culture Showcase resulted in 96 stunning images that were submitted. These were bravely and selfishly narrowed down by community members to a final 12 and are ready for inclusion in zesty.

Cheers Nathan. I had to make two changes

  - debian/ubuntu-wallpapers-zesty.install: Include the wallpapers(!!!)
  - debian/control: Stop depending on ubuntu-wallpapers-yakkety

If you're OK with running the contest next time, what do you think about requiring CC-BY{,-SA}-3.0+? Bug #1595017.

Thanks, Iain! I did a revert and pull from my branch and reapplied my changes before uploading, and must've missed debian/ubuntu-wallpapers-zesty.install somehow (because I have the file right here!) but forgot to update debian/control again. I'll stick that in my documentation, thanks!

I don't mind CC-* 3.0, (I'm all for 4.0!) but Yahoo specifically references 2.0, and I'm concerned that most submitters aren't reading the licensing guidelines in the first place before submitting. I'll give this a think before the next contest.
