snapweb needs a link for device when store selected

When you select the store tab or browse store button there is no intuitive way to get back to the page showing snaps installed on the device. You can click Ubuntu logo or back arrow to get back but it would be more intuitive to switch the tab on top between store and device depending on current page.

Thanks for the bug report. There is a new design update coming up which
should make things simpler to navigate.
