Synergy log file is erased when upgrading

Bug Description

When upgrading Synergy, the log file at /var/log/synergy/synergy.log is erased, probably replaced by an empty file during the upgrade process.

Confirmed on: CentOS 7

    fix synergy erasing log file on upgrade

    On CentOS 7, upgrading Synergy would cause the Synergy log file to be
    overwritten. We fix this behaviour in this commit.
    Note that now the Synergy log file is created during Synergy first run,
    not during the first installation of Synergy.
