Log failed login attempts

OSF asked us to keep a log of attempts to login that are rejected due to username/password failing. The same log information we are providing in tracker.log, but with the attempted username.

Is this for every failed attempt in the 8 allowed max tries? Or just when the 8th fails?

For every attempt. I suspect it should be a different log file…we can’t easily fit it into the existing tracker.log.

Added a tracker: failed_login.log.
