Break greeter login with gnome-shell

The proposed upgrade breaks the greeter login: gnome-shell fails starting and return to the greeter (looping)

Avoid to upgrade that package, its a breaker.

Gnome-shell needs to be rebuilt with that new libmozjs24 dependency.

No nore problem with that new libmozjs 24.2.0-5ubuntu1. With it gnome-shell loads fine; no needs to rebuild it.
