Bug Description

<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/110210> has a page title and a heading saying "Bug #110210 is not in Ubuntu", which is false.

The fix for this bug should reuse whatever code fixes bug 36286.

Yes. Brad fixed bug 36286 in April 2006, and it is still fixed: <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/110210> does not show a "This bug is not recorded as needing to be fixed in <distro>" alert. It does, however, say "Bug #110210 is not in Ubuntu", which is what this bug is about.
