Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/175078 displays "Bug #175078 is not in Ubuntu" in the title of the page and in the topmost banner of the page where other similar bugs display "Bug #nnnnnn in Ubuntu" (for example, LP bug #157078) and where this bug is hopefully going to have "Bug #177777 in Launchpad". What's the significance of that? It's reported against an Ubuntu package and still assigned to Totem (Ubuntu).
