Bug Description

When Installing or Upgrading phpmyadmin to the latest version on UBUNTU, it returns the error

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 phpmyadmin : Depends: php-php-gettext but it is not installable or
                       php-gettext (<= 1.0.11-2)
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages

What Ubuntu release are you running? Can you show the output of "apt policy phpmyadmin php-php-gettext"?
