There's only one timekpr project

The original Timekpr project is dead and has been forked into a new one, so now we have two projects for the same software. We need to do this:

1. Add (https://launchpad.net/~mjasnik) to (https://launchpad.net/~timekpr-admins), and make him the owner of the team.

2. Update the description of (https://launchpad.net/timekpr), specially it to point to (https://launchpad.net/~mjasnik/+archive/ubuntu/ppa) as source.

3. Set bugs at (https://bugs.launchpad.net/timekpr-revived) as affecting "timekpr".

3. Remove (https://launchpad.net/timekpr-revived).

For the right solution of the problem, new software has to be developed or existing radically / architecturally evolved, so for that reason this bug is pretty much obsolete. I'm not sure what happens to projects which are abandoned, which probably means "users stop using it".

There might be a problem with naming, but it's minor.
Anyhow, I don't, honestly, know what to do with this one :)
