i was wrong with the initial thought its a duplicate of bug 1637985 with an the apt will close as invalid since there is no thing to set it as duplicate

I'm also facing the same issue. Initially I thought it is because of intel machine. But people reported it is expected to work on both intel and amd 64.

Live user session works fine
