This looks like a regression since the 1024D keys were dropped from ubuntu-keyring.

Will make sure that only 4k key is used to sign the image.

Confirmed the same failure with both images: 20161030 and 20161031

Can I get a slightly older one from somewhere?

Also, why are we replacing old daily images with new ones that don't install? Is there a gap in our testing?

So Release.gpg file in the apt archive inside the .iso is currently signed using 1024D key only; instead of both; or just the 4k key.

Fix deployed to the image building scripts. Ubuntu zesty amd64 respin looks good. Things should return to normal with next cronned builds; that is images with build stamps 20161102 and later should be all good.
