Bug Description

Currently, one has to log in manually via "snap login" from the terminal in order to install snaps. We need this login to be integrated into online accounts such that logging into your ubuntu one account authenticates you with snapd as well.

Moving the bug to ubuntuone-credentials, as I'm not aware of any changes being needed in u-s-s-o-a itself.
