Bug Description

Nautilus gives a pop-up about an unhandled exception when the user clicks on the 'Recent' section in the file tree.

Kernel: L4.8.0-27-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP x86_64

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot up, login, open nautilus from desktop.
2. Click on 'Recent' in file tree.
3. Expect to see nautilus open to list of recent files.
4. Instead gives pop-up that reads "Message recipient disconnected from message bus without replying" - see attachments.

Same here. Tried cleaning the recents list and removing all nautilus settings, didn't help. Happened after upgrading to 16.10
