Please remove appmenu-qt5 package from Zesty

Bug Description

The appmenu-qt5 package is no longer needed, because it is buggy and Qt 5 (as in Yakkety) has this functionality built-in.

Are you sure you want to do that as soon as zesty ?

The Qt5 built-in support has its issues too, for instance :

Yes. If there are bugs, they need to be fixed.

I was not aware of bug 1635577, will look at it in a few days.
