Debug timer filtering option doesn't filter all text

Bug Description

The debug timer filtering option doesn't filter all text that happens when a timer fires - the "LUA OK script test (Timer##) ran without errors" still shows.

It is supposed to - the filtering removes all the extra (blue) background lines that report the command and script details for the timer EVERY B****Y TIME!

Yeah, but it's only doing half of the job? Debug is still spammed.
