There are quite a few changes in this update: many are related to the switch to WebKit2 but some changes are fixes for older issues.
Evolution is now included by default in only the Ubuntu GNOME flavor but is popular among users of other flavors too.

Low. Evolution has a very large code base. To make this first SRU easier, I backported several commits to the previous yakkety update. I think the fixes outweigh the risk here.
