Bug Description

Any web browser I try to play a video on - from any site such as YouTube or Vimeo - the video tends to jitter followed by pausing indefinitely.

System info:
Oracle VirtualBox with Guest Additions (v5.1.6)
128MB dedicated GPU RAM
2048MB dedicated RAM
3D graphics are enabled
PAE enabled

Physical system info:
Intel Core i5 (v6)
8GB RAM
1TB HDD
Intel HD graphics
Virtualization support enabled in UEFI
Windows 10 x64 Anniversary Edition

This issue is probably not related to any web browser in particular but to your Virtual Machine.

It's not a bug, it's just that your VM is not good enough to display a video. To solve that you can install the OS.
