Xorg crashes with segfault

Bug Description
Using Ubuntu 16.04 and a pretty modern workstation. Every once in a while (some times every other day, sometimes three times a day) X crashes and I'm kicked out to the login screen.

I don't think I've seen this since this update over a month ago: xorg-video- intel:amd64 (2:2.99. 917+git20160325 -1ubuntu1. 2)

So it may have been fixed.
