Bug Description
The progress bar from the transmission app is white when the torrent it's not selected (fist pic) , then it's green'is when its selected (second pic) but the progress bar will have the same collor no matter how much of the torrend was downloaded (third pic)
OS: Ubuntu 16.10 daily
