package gitlab (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Problem in when installing with custom webservers cofiguration - when both apache2 and nginx are preset and SSL is selected n debconf, the installation fails because nginx refuses to start with the proposed confguration.
