update-manager fails to upgrade feisty to gutsy

Binary package hint: update-manager

The update-manager fails, even though feisty is uptodate.
The alternative CD update also fails (but I do not report the files here for this).

The /var/log/dist-upgrade/main.log file is:

Actuall, I had exactly the same situation on a second machine, too.
From the files you are mentioning,
