Add link from matrix page to first page in collection when error

If user is not able to see matrix page but is able to see collection's views

Eg if following an old link from somewhere we want to allow them to navigate to collection's first page

Bug 1623699: Making the matrix page have error template

So we can link to the first view if it exists.

This is useful in scenario where a user can see collection but is
unable to see matrix page, eg if plugin is disabled / institution
stops allowing matrices
