notify-send does not work when used in a Libertine container

Bug Description

When using notify-send from within a Libertine container, the notification immediately gets canceled. This is due to NotificationServer::isCmdLine() not being able to detect notify-send running in an LXC container due to the LXC having a separate process namespace.
