Unable to open calendar from Today/Upcoming scope

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an event in Calendar
2. Return to Today scope and refresh
3. Events section display the event newly added
4. Tap the arrow link goes to Upcoming scope
5. Tap on the event and tap 'Open'

Nothing happens, the Calendar app should open to show the event details.

Hi Evan.

This is not a Today scope bug since it is interaction between child scope Upcoming (aka events) and Calendar app.

I tried it with Upcoming child scope: com.canonical.scopes.events 1.1.1

I saw an event in my google cal for later today, tapped it, and in its Preview, tapped "Open" and Calendar opened to the day of the event, which is almost exactly correct ;)

Hey cal app folks: is their a uri available to open thwe app to a particular *event*?

If Upcoming scope needs to adjust the uri it uses to open the event, it is still not public, so I've added canonical-scopes-project to carry that.

hmm, I think I confused the bugs here. I need to open the event, not the contact.
