Lubuntu16.04-32bit on old HP, Computer Crash when I Unplug-Replug the USB-Wifi device

Sometimes the computer crashes when I unplug suddenly the WIFI-USB DEVICE and re-plug it.

machine, although, doesn't start anymore ( I don't know why.. I will check
