Two start entries for lybniz

because of this lybniz shows up twice inside the applications menu. One time under education and one time under utilities. In #137855 it was decided to sort lybniz into education.

Thank you for working on this bug. I noticed lybniz uses a patch system, so you should use it instead of adjusting .desktop file directly.
