Bug Description

on latest rc-porposed (arale/383) sync notification pops up very frequently and wake the device up. The proximity sensor is not honoured and it results in annoying pocket calls.

This bug was fixed in the package sync-monitor - 0.2+16.10.20160901.3-0ubuntu1
