Yes, I can reproduce it by going to the right-most workspace (the one which is always clear)

This bug can be reproduced also if you minimize all windows on current workspace.

I cannot reproduce anymore by changing workspaces. I can reproduce by minimizing at least one window on the current workspace.

Also, if you close any window, notifications that don't have a parent window (e.g: megasync, mailnag) are cleared.
