Bug Description
[Impact]
Users would like to use smooth scrolling and have a good user experience.
[Test Case]
1. Create a Libertine container.
2. Install an X application in it.
3. Start application.
4. Using a touchpad, use gesture for scrolling.
Observe smooth scrolling occurs.
[Regression Potential]
Non observed.
