Trying to install to an SSD with WIN 10 and could not soo I had Ubuntu format the whole disk.

"Read-only file system" — for sure not something due to libreoffice-dictionaries.

Furthermore I don't understand your message (which is probably meant to contain what you were trying to do when dpkg errored out).
