Bluetooth audio isn't working properly!

My bluetooth headset is connected fine but the sound keeps stuttering, then the sound completely disappears! I noticed that it only happens when wifi is enabled!

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS | Broadcom driver

ps: it works quite well with windows 10.

I encounter sound over bluetooth stuttering as well. Ubuntu 14.04, bluetooth in A2DP mode. I get the vague feeling that the stuttering gets worse when the system is active, but sometimes it's the CPU, sometimes the WiFi...sometimes no obvious reason.

I'm 3m away from a receiver in line of sight, FWIW.

Also, issue #1594939 sounds like it might be related.

I have this bluetooth headphone audio stutter issue on Ubuntu 18.04 amd_64 on a 2014 Macbook Pro 15" with the A2DP profile selected in Settings -> Sound. But the stutter disappears under "Headset Head Unit" profile.

As we discussed in bug 405294 (around comment 162) any remaining issue you might be experiencing after the fix for bug 405294 would be a bug in the broadcom wireless driver. So that makes this a duplicate of bug 1518408.

Jonas, if you can't use bug 1518408 then please log a separate bug by running:
