    - d/p/DEP-8/Use-installed-class-for-DEP-8-tests.patch: fix

  * Drop:
    - Update to PHP7.0 dependencies (LP #1565025)

    - debian/patches/PluginTest-check-for-exact-false.patch: Use !== for
      testing return value of simplexml_load_string. Closes LP
#1565025.
      [ Does not apply to new upstream ]
    - debian/patches/PHP7-has-updated-operator-precedence.patch: PHP7
      changed the operator precedence rules. Closes LP #1565025.
      [ previously undocumented, fixed in 1.8.12-3 ]
    - Add mbstring as build dependency.
      [ tested to not be necessary ]
