Bug Description

gnutls28 fails to build in xenial, fixed in yakkety with:

* Due to changes in gtk-doc or its dependencies api-reference/index.sgml is
not installed/built anymore. Update gnutls-doc file list.

Backport the fix to yakkety.

Hello Matthias, or anyone else affected,

Accepted gnutls28 into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnutls28/3.4.10-4ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
