Bug Description

Hi,

below untranslated string part, there should appear some additional suggestions (not exact, also approximated). Please look at example:

We've got two translated strings (example from https://www.transifex.com/ Runner Up app (en->pl)):
1. RunnerUp - RunnerUp
2. About RunnerUp - O RunnerUp

and untranslated:
1. Rate RunnerUp

If we look at Screen1.png, we can see that we used 'RunnerUp' as 'RunnerUp', so we need only to translate 'Rate' word.
The point is (in above example) I see how some specific words ('RunnerUp') was translated before. In order to maintain continuity, I know I shouldn't change 'RunnnerUp'.

Approximated suggestions shows us how similar words was translated before - it really helps!

I think this is an excellent suggestion. Due to server load, maybe confine the fuzzy matches to their projects? Global would be a lot better, but might give us nasty timeout errors again.

In most cases, fuzzy matches in local project should be enough. But here's example why not always:
In Unity we've string called "Dash" and it's translated as "Panel główny".
Now, in ubuntu-docs, we've a lot of strings using word 'Dash", but without global fuzzy matches I don't know how it's translated (and where). Because of that it's really hard to match Ubuntu documentation with whole OS.
