Disable "app folder" feature when run outside GNOME Shell

Bug Description
GNOME Software includes an "app folder" feature but this feature is only supported by GNOME Shell.
You can read more about how to use this feature in bug 1590115.
Therefore, the checkbox in the toolbar of the Installed app should only be visible in GNOME Shell. Also the "app folder" name should only be visible in GNOME Shell. (For instance "Utilities" is displayed under "Archive Manager").

The other part (hiding the Utilities and Sundry folders) will take more time.
