Bug Description
[Impact]
Misc niggles that make the Ubuntu theme for the dashboard look a bit inconsistent with previous versions.
[Test Case]
sudo apt-get install openstack-dashboard
<configure /etc/openstack-
Go to login screen (two logos displayed)

Minimal - just theme updates
[Original Bug Report]
Specifically:
The login screen displays both the default OpenStack Logo and the Ubuntu branded one.
Some spacing is not consistent.
