[UI] It's not possible to create Environment from Fuel UI

Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
 It is not possible to create new OpenStack Environment from Fuel web interface (UI). Tabs from 'Create from Create a new OpenStack environment' popup window is not working properly (see attached). It should be mentioned that creation of a new environment from CLI (API) works properly.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Deploy Fuel (e.g. 1 master + 3 nodes).
  2. Log in Fuel UI.
  2. Trying to create env from UI

Expected results:
  Environment is created successfully

Actual result:
 It's not possible to create environment

Reproducibility:
 Always

Description of the environment:

 197
cat /etc/fuel_build_number:
 197
cat /etc/fuel_release:
 10.0
cat /etc/fuel_openstack_version:
 newton-10.0

Vitalii, could you please provide an output of browser console (F12 key)? It should be JavaScript errors there.
Cannot reproduce the issue on my local environment.

This bug is not reproduced on ISO_195 (previous iso with OK status).
I've made a small comparison between packages in ISO_195 and ISO_197. Here is the results: http://paste.openstack.org/show/505587/
It's seems to me that this bug will not reproduce in future, because in ISO_197 not all dependency packages were built in.

Yes, that's definitely problem in npm JS packages. So, let's close this bug.
