Can you explain this more? How can I reproduce it, and how do I know when it happened? What should I expect if it didn't happen?

It occurs when accessing sites like Facebook and sites that require Flash player.
Are example: Miniclip games, Brazilian news site smartphones www.meu-smartphone.com very flashed on the screen in these two locations, has occurred even in the google plus site and does not occur on sites like this Launchpad caused by flash believe.
