juju status: base statuses of "unknown" are not instilling confidence

Build Version/Date: 2.0
Environment used for testing: Xenial

Summary:
Juju status reports "unknown" as a base status for deployment. It seems like a better status could be used to describe that status of the deploy process.
Status should provide a more reassuring base status. Even "pending" would be better.

Maybe "not reported", or just blank if unknown?

Exactly, unlisted, unreported, there are a few out there that get the
general idea across without the same connotation.
