Bug Description

Hi, I have successfully made a clean instal of Ubuntu. I really want to have Ubuntu as my prior and only one operating system. The problem is that after installation is done and computer restart, Ubuntu takes forever to boot or load and it never finishes the process, making it impossible to run. Please I need your help. What should I do?

Igor Kenbright, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.

To see if this is already resolved, could you please test http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and advise to the results?

I will test it but there are two other problems about having Ubuntu on my
iMac Intel Core Duo, the computer neither restart or shutdown. I sent to a
technician and he told me it's hardware incompatibility with Ubuntu... it's
so sad, because I really want to become a Ubuntu user for this old computer
of mine. Anything you guys could do to fix these problems?
