dbus-runner returns with an error if the service is already running

Bamf dbus runner script in Ubuntu 16.04 fails with an error if the service is already running.

[Test case]
In a terminal, when an unity session is running launch:
  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/bamf/bamfdaemon-dbus-runner && echo Good || echo Not Good

It returns (in bugged system)
initctl: Job già in esecuzione: bamfdaemon
Not Good

It should instead return:
initctl: Job già in esecuzione: bamfdaemon
Good

Accepted bamf into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bamf/0.5.3~bzr0+16.04.20160523-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
