Bug Description
Mos-integrations tests for scaling ironic nodes are failed to add new conductor in env with exception
Exception: Task is error. {u'name': u'deploy', u'cluster': 1, u'message': u"u'values'", u'result': {}, u'id': 16, u'uuid': u'c6f1ceea-
Initially the error contained another message: u'message': u"u'gebug'"
After the updates in the fuel-library:
https:/
it becomes as stated above.
Probably some additional pre-configuration is needed.
