Bug Description

A bug fix update for ubuntu-mate-welcome is requesting an SRU for Xenial Xerus. Here are the changes:

ubuntu-mate-artwork (16.04.7) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Make GTK2 and GTK3 scrollbars consistent. Closes (LP: #1581168)
  * Fix progress bars so they are one colour. Closes (LP: #1052936)

[Impact]

 * In the Radiant-MATE theme (Ambiant-MATE as well) GTK3 applications like Firefox 46+ and "Software Boutique" have scrollbars which are styled differently from the GTK2 ones. An illustration is attached (foreground: Control Center, background: Firefox. Window borders are custom.)

 * Some progress bars (Transmission and aptdaemon) have a white centre.

[Test Cases]

 * Install Ubuntu MATE 16.04. Install Gedit. Open Pluma and Gedit. Paste the same test into both Gedit and Pluma, the scrollbars are different.

 * Install Ubuntu MATE 16.04. Download this torrent: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-mate/releases/16.04/release/ubuntu-mate-16.04-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent As the download progresses the progress bar will have a white centre.

[Regression Potential]

 * None.

If this bug report is to be used for an SRU of an Ubuntu package, then the bug should have an Ubuntu package task. Please open one.

Additionally, it doesn't seem that the changes in the upload of ubuntu-mate-artwork are in Yakkety yet.
