Steps to reproduce:
1. Add node to exisiting environment and start deploy of compute node.
Expected result:
Deployment passed.

Actual result:
 2016-05-05 16:28:01 ERR CRON[14305]: pam_env(cron:session): Unable to open env file: /etc/default/locale: No such file or directory

Moreover we have a typo in fuel UI.

Reproduced this bug in another conditions: with Ironic.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster:
1 Controller, 1 Compute, 1 Cinder (LVM), 1 Ironic conductor. Neutron VLAN networking.
2. Wait until cluster has deployed.
3. Launch several ironic virtual nodes, run OSTFs etc.
4. Add 1 Controller and 1 Controller+Ironic nodes.
5. Run network verification.
6. Hit "Deploy Changes".

Actual result:
 Got error KeyError: u'gebug'.
