SRU: java-arch.sh returns the wrong java arch directory on ppc64el

Bug Description
SRU: java-arch.sh returns the wrong java arch directory on ppc64el. It returns ppc64, not ppc64le.
Acceptance criteria: Make sure that the correct directory gets picked up, by building a package depending on it, e.g. swt4-gtk

Accepted javatools into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ javatools/ 0.54ubuntu1. 1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
