xfce4 mouse cursor themes not used in all applications

Binary package hint: xfce4
Using Xubuntu Gutsy/7.10 amd64.
When different cursor then default is selected (per instance DMZ-Black)
Right cursor is used in one place (desktop, applications: firefox, iceape, abiword,
but cursor theme is not used, but default cursors are displayed in another
applications: (OOffice, mousepad, hovering over window title, Thunar, Xfce panel..)
Steps to reproduce:
Install Xubuntu 7.10 64-bit and change cursor theme in Settings>Mouse Preferences
to, per instance DMZ-Black (As opposite to default White)
Login, logout or restart X -> Cursor theme does not displays the same in all applications.
Wanted behavior:
Mouse Theme should be used always in applications (As in 7.04)

Thank you for your bug report. I can confirm this. The new theme is used in a very few apps, for me it isn't used on the desktop, nor in xfce's menu, nor in the preferences of xfce. It's used in some gtk apps such as kazehakase.
