Bug Description

On youtube the video lags behind the audio of the video

Device Information: BQ Aquarius M10
OS Version Ubuntu 15.04 OTA10.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to youtube
2. Play a video preferably one with a distinct matching between audio and video like somebody talking.
3. Notice that the audio is heard roughly 1 second before seeing that which caused the sound. For instance someone's mouth still moving after they stopped talking in the video.

I updated an old Nexus 4 with Ubuntu Touch OTA10.1, and no issues with sound being of sync with video on that device.

I'm beginning to think it may be a general video problem on the device. I
tried downloading a video from my laptop via youtbe-dl, saving on the
device, and then playing it from there and I have the same issue.

Could you mark that bug as affecting you also. Would help get more
attention to it and confirm that this does exist

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I confirm that this affects me, also using the Aquaris M10 using OTA 10.1. I see the same issue with local videos, e.g. mp4, as those played from online, e.g. YouTube.

Still is an issue in OTA 11. It is better though but there is still a noticible delay.
