Bug Description

Hi,

by using application Freetuxtv in fullscreen is many times crashing/hidding of MATE panel. Also is something with Indicator Stickynotes, by using freetuxtv in fullscreen mode, only in MATE dekstop.

I installed freetuxtv 6.6 on 16.04, and it crashed at start up with a segmentation fault.

I downloaded the package to compile it myself, and it came with an error about undefined reference for gtk_box_new() in 3 files. I replaced it with gtk_vbox_new(), and it compiles and starts without crashing. However, I now have another issue when trying to add channels.
