multiline text slips / missing when opening in version 0.91

We created the drawing in the attachment with inkscape Version 0.48 on Windows.
When we open this drawing with inkscape 0.91 on Windows, are all multiline texts Slips a litte bit downwards, others are missing.
Please see the attached screenshots.

We have hundreds of drawings similar to that. So it is a enormous Problem for us. A bugfix or converter or something to convert the drawings from Version 0.48 to Version 0.91 will be very helpful.

Confirmed on Windows 7, Inkscape trunk rev. 14859.

The missing text is not completely missing, but just hidden. As a workaround, you can resize the text zone with the XML editor:
1. Open the XML editor (Shift+Ctrl+X).
2. Expand the flowRoot element with id="flowRoot3901-4-7".
3. Expand the flowRegion element with id="flowRegion3903-8-3".
4. Select the rect element with id="rect3905-2-1".
5. On the canvas, resize the rectangle with the handles.
